Ageing :
If you want to keep wines during a long time, it is necessary that the variations in temperature are weakest as possible : the temperature of the cellar does not rise with more than 18°C in summer and does not go down below 10°C in winter.
In the contrary case, the wine will age more quickly.

Serving temperature :
The wine will have to be warm up to a temperature from 16 to 18°C and open in advance.
