These are wines to keep, typicals from the "Côte de Nuits". They preserve a solidity and structure which ranks them amongst wines to be kept long in the cellar. With their ruby color, the particular flavours of Pinot Noir, their round and mellowness, they are characterized by their powerful bouquet, their elegance and a large finesse.

They are wines of tradition whose first cru of certain vintages can be preserved during several decades.

BOURGOGNE 2007
This wine is made from vines plants of Pinot Noir located in the village of FIXIN.

Keep from 2 to 5 years.

COTE DE NUITS-VILLAGES 2008
This wine is produced from the vineyard located in Brochon(between FIXIN and GEVREY-CJHAMBERTIN).

Keep from 2 to 6 years.

FIXIN 2006
FIXIN is one of the first village which start the long chain of prestigious communal A.C. of the Côte de Nuits (Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne Romanée…). The FIXIN are highly coloured wines, well structured, they need a long maturing to bring out the finesse.

FIXIN LES CLOS 2006
This wine is a named place located just on the slopes near the first crus.

FIXIN LES CRAIS 2008
The wine which come from this vineyard have a bouquet which develops more quickly than the first crus.

FIXIN LES ARVELETS 2008
It is one of the five first cru of FIXIN which place the village at equal of the great A.C. of the Côte de Nuits.
